Shipping Zones

Native eCommerce is now in open beta, available to all existing Website Builder users.

Create shipping zones to define where you ship and how shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Create Shipping Zones

To create shipping zones:

1. In the side panel, click eCommerce, then click Store Management.
2. Click Set up shipping.
3. Click +Add Shipping Zone.
4. Type a name in the Name field for your shipping method. Shoppers will see this name at checkout.
5. Select your country and region (if applicable) from the Shipping and Locations drop-down menu.
6. Click Add Shipping Methods.
7. Fill out the Name field, and optionally the Estimated Delivery Time and Minimum Order Value fields.
8. Select your desired shipping rate from the How shipping is calculated drop-down menu, then fill out the associated fields.
9. Click Create.

Edit Shipping Zones

To edit shipping zones:

1. In the side panel, click eCommerce, then click Store Management.
2. Click Set up shipping.
3. Click the three horizontal dots icon () next to the shipping zone you want to edit and select Edit Shipping Zone.
4. Click Save after making your edits.

Delete Shipping Zones

To delete shipping zones:

1. In the side panel, click eCommerce, then click Store Management.
2. Click Set up shipping.
3. Select Shipping from the Settings menu.
4. Click the three horizontal dots icon () next to the shipping zone you want to delete and select Delete shipping zone.
5. Click Delete in the popup.
